Conquer—that was our Word of the Day at West Volusia Toastmasters last week.

Whether it's someone tackling their very first Icebreaker speech, stepping up to take on Table Topics on the fly, or just showing up to work on their goals, everyone in Toastmasters conquers a fear in one way or another.

Public speaking isn't easy, but taking it on with a supportive room makes all the difference.

What’s one fear or goal you’re looking to conquer this month? Drop it in the comments below! 👇

(No mountains were scaled for a photo op in Florida 😉😂)

Join us online every Tuesday evening at 6:15pm, guests are always welcome and there is no pressure to speak! Just be present and see what we are all about.

Trailhead to Public Speaking! 🌲⛰️

Last Tuesday’s Toastmasters meeting was an absolute blast! Our theme was National Parks, and alongside a great speech, we shared our best "Dos and Don'ts" for park attendance.

Pro tip:
DO pack extra water.💧
DON'T try to take a selfie with the fluffy cows!!!🦬

Just like exploring a national park, starting or improving your speaking journey doesn't have to be done alone. Whether you're taking your very first step on the trail or looking to summit your next big leadership goal, our club is here to guide and support you every step of the way.

No matter where you are on your speaking journey, there’s a spot saved for you around our virtual campfire.🔥

👉 Join us at our next meeting, which is TONIGHT at 6:15pm EDST!
