Del Rio , Tx Frontera Soccer Academy’s very own Anthony Escobar, representing Del Rio at San Antonio with SA City Soccer Club PRE-ECNL boys , on the pathway of developmental programs and leagues designed for younger players (typically U10 to U12) to prepare them for the highly competitive Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) that begins at age U13
