Dear Del Rio Community Churches,

We hope this letter finds you well. Del Rio Elementary School is excited to announce our upcoming 9th Annual Beans & Bluegrass Festival, Fall Carnival & Car Show to be held on Saturday, September 26th at the Jones Nature Center. This community event brings together families, friends, and neighbors for a day filled with music, fellowship, and fun—all while raising funds to support our school and students.
One of the highlights of our festival is the Dessert Auction, and we would be so grateful for your church’s support. We are asking for donations of baked goods, desserts, or cakes to be auctioned during the event. These sweet treats are always a favorite, and the proceeds directly benefit Del Rio Elementary students and programs.

Dessert Delivery Times:
Friday, September 25th from 12:00–3:00 PM
Saturday, September 26th from 8:00–9:00 AM

Your generosity will not only help raise much-needed funds, but it will also show our children the power of community, kindness, and working together for a great cause. Every cake, pie, or plate of cookies makes a difference!

If your church would like to participate, please contact Jennifer Baxter, DES School Secretary, at 423-487-5570 so we can plan accordingly. We would love to recognize your support during the festival.

Thank you for your continued dedication to our community. With your help, we can make this year’s Beans & Bluegrass Festival the best yet!

With gratitude,

DES Staff & Students
