No challenge is ever too great to overcome if you have the desire and passion to succeed. Let's take the first step to make it happen. Cinda started InSync Academy after working with sorority college women all over the US to train them in better communication techniques to enhance their rush experiences and realized that her motivational and inspirational techniques energized those around her to become more successful and productive in all their endeavors.

Mission: To gain more personal self worth, purpose, vision and encourage women to understand their values and live true to them while becoming successful in their chosen field.

InSync Academy - Cinda Lucas

[06/07/17]   Working on a short Ted like talk on why entering freshmen need orientation from InSync Academy prior to starting College.

[09/22/16]   Compassion, Empathy, Caring are all actions and words I use daily, especially when working with college women in the Sorority environment. I believe sisterhood provides this in "heaps" and that is why I work so hard to get people to communicate, connect, to be present and engaged, especially in conversation I recently read an article about millennials wanted to be appreciated and valued in their jobs. Well, who doesn't? Understanding others and walking in their shoes shows that you can empathize and listen as well as understand what they are doing and thinking. Yet that takes time, listening with both ears and putting down that darn cell phone and be present with them. Breathe, slow down for a moment, and really listen to your friend or colleague. You will see what a difference it can make not only in their life, but especially in your life!

[12/03/14]   Need your help today please. What are the top 3 burning questions that keep you awake at night? Let me know what is bothering or overwhelming you, more than trivial. Thanks for your input.

[10/02/13]   What behaviors from others bothers you the most. I.e. Bystander behavior, unloving patent, abusive relationship, alcohol getting the best of you, blackout out... Let me know what challenges you are facing.

Advising at the University of San Diego is such an honor. They help me grow, give me love and appreciation and always keep me up to date. Since many of these intelligent, classy women spend much of their time in the library, some of the video is quieter than others. They truly enrich my life and I love to coach and mentor them.

I am so lucky to have so many fabulous sisters in my life who help me grow and keep me up to date and in tune with what's happening. Thank you for your love, admiration and support. I love you all to the moon and back.

[08/18/12]   Working on Conversation skills with the wonderful Gamma Phi Ladies of the University of South Carolina. Having lots of fun times, too!

[06/22/12]   Cinda's Motivational Moments:
Every day we have little choices and big choices to make. Some seem relatively insignificant until you think about the impact it might have on another life. Every action has a reaction. Going with your gut and always considering, “is it the right things to do,” will help with all sorts of choices.
Tell me how you make choices and what works for you.

Specific - Measurable - Attainable - Realistic - Time Specific
I write down 3 things each week - My successes - My Challenges (talk to others about how I might overcome these) - My goals for the next week.
