Parents, keep in mind that development is different for every kid. The important piece is they have a love for the game and a consistent drive to want to be better. They don’t have to be the best at the youth level.

REMEMBER: Playing time isn't the only goal or measuring stick in youth sports. The measuring stick is progress, growth, and being better than you were last season. Be consistent at that and see what happens.
