within walking distance of Northern Illinois University, and is on Huskie Bus routes 3 & 5. It is located next to a convenience store / gas station, liquor stores, and restaurants.

Rent is $550 for second and third floor rooms. Every 2 residents share 1
bathroom. If friends rent 2 rooms together, rent is only $800 total for
both rooms.

Rent is $675 for larger, first floor rooms with private bathrooms.

All utilities, wi-fi internet and parking included. There is a shared
laundry room, and large shared kitchen (3 refrigerators, 2 ovens,
