Cortland Men's Lacrosse will host its annual alumni weekend from Friday, Oct. 9 to Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026. The team will honor seven legends of the program as well as the 2009 Team, Cortland's fourth national championship team.

Today, as we celebrate the life of Coach Kirk “Coach V” Ventiquattro, we’re proud to announce the Coach Kirk A. Ventiquattro Legacy Fund, established through the Northern New York Community Foundation.
Coach V spent his life building young athletes and even better people — on the lacrosse field, in Carthage, and everywhere his coaching touched. This fund carries that mission forward.

Kirk “Coach V” Ventiquattro’s private funeral services are being arranged, and we know many of you were touched by his coaching and mentorship over the years. If you’re interested in attending, please reach out to myself or Mario directly for details.

This is in addition to the Celebration of Life, which we’ll see you at either way.
