Happy National Decision Day to all the Seniors! What I am most proud of this year is the wide range of acceptances my students have received because I am here for ALL students, not just the high achievers. I deeply believe that ALL kids deserve a chance to thrive and that there is a post-secondary path for everyone. I will miss working with my amazing Class of '25 kids but am excited to see them soar! And of course, I can't wait to get started with the Class of '26! Let's do it!!!

Just returned from an amazing trip to visit some incredible schools in North and South Carolina with bonus trips to UW Madison and UIUC for mom’s weekend and make-our-own-parents’ weekend!There is nothing that beats getting the real pulse of a campus, meeting with admissions officers to hear what they’re looking for from today’s students, and then seeing your own kids thrive at their chosen schools!

After five years of test-optional admissions, Ohio State university will once again require students to submit an ACT or SAT score.

Illinois students have long been required to take a standardized test as a high school graduation requirement. In a significant shift recently announced by the Illinois State Board of Education, that test for Illinois high school Juniors will be the ACT starting next Spring.
