As an entrepreneur, Paulo has a healing center and an agency that educates people about their finances so they can age with dignity and security.

Thais dos Santos Souza also known as “Thais Nega”, age 34, has been an atlhete since very young, focused in weight lifting and martial arts.

Muay Thai black belt under the teaching from Master Fábio Noguchi (Curitiba - Paraná, Brasil), martial art that she practices since 2001. Muay Thai and MMA professional fighter, and also works as personal trainer and Muay Thai trainer. Loves contact with the public and strongly believes in the potential each person has inside, never losing the opportunity to make them believe in it.

I graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in Psychology and a minor in Applied Developmental Psychology. I graduated with honors from the Marriage and Family Therapy graduate program at Chapman University in California. I am a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. I am trilingual in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

I have over 16 years of experience working with children, adolescents and families addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, anger management, low self-esteem, trauma related symptoms, parenting, conflict resolution and stress management to name a few. My approach to therapy is eclectic as I tailor it to the specific needs of the client and maintain a solid therapeutic relationship as a constant.

As we know, there are many elements that we are unaware of, which reflect on how we respond to circumstances and block the natural flow of balance. Through therapy, clients have the ability to explore and learn about themselves. I believe that clients are the experts of their own lives and that they have the power within themselves to unlock and fulfill their potential through therapy. I am dedicated to fostering a safe environment and working with individuals, couples and families collaboratively to reach their therapeutic goals and to improve their quality of life.
