When you think only from your current circumstances, you tend to make decisions based on fear, limitation, or short-term comfort. Thinking like your future self shifts you into a mindset of intention, growth, and possibility.

Your future self represents who you are becoming: more confident, capable, skilled, and aligned. When you learn to think from that version of yourself, you begin making decisions that support long-term goals instead of short-term reactions. You start asking better questions, setting clearer boundaries, and choosing actions that move you forward rather than keep you stuck.

This way of thinking helps you break old patterns, reframe challenges, and build consistency. It strengthens self-trust, clarity, and resilience while helping you stay focused during uncertainty. Most importantly, thinking like your future self turns personal growth into a daily practice—one that guides your actions, strengthens your identity, and helps you intentionally design the life, career, and impact you want to create.

Even if I can't see the results right away, I have faith everything is falling into place.

Trust is undoubtedly a very important element of a loving, fulfilling relationship. Bad past relationship experiences can leave us closed off, limiting our capacity for trusting others and finding fulfillment in a relationship.



Rebuilding trust takes time, so don't be too hard on yourself. Keep trying. Remember your worth.



Take little steps each day to make peace with your past and open your heart to the love and people around you.



If you feel like breaking old patterns is too challenging on your own, therapy can provide you with the much-needed help in gaining a new perspective.

Respecting other people's boundaries is just as important as setting your own. Other people may not think, act, behave the same as we do.



They might have different boundaries. It's important to listen to another person with an open mind. Avoid discounting their preferences and feelings. Do not use phrases like, "it's not a big deal!" or "it could be worse".



Wait until the other person is finished speaking, pause and then respond. Respecting other people's boundaries also means not taking them personally.



They have set their boundaries according to their experiences and comfort zone. View their boundaries as their way of helping you to understand them better.

Sometimes, even after overcoming difficult situations, we find ourselves unable to feel happy and be at ease. Instead of embracing the good times, we wait for the "other shoe to drop".



It can be hard to move forward when you're stuck in a never-ending cycle of fear and intrusive thoughts. You have to make the effort to break free from this cycle.



Slowly replace fear with gratitude. Question your fearful thoughts. When you acknowledge you're stronger than your fears, they can no longer control you.



When you are grateful, you bring more positivity into your life. Focus on what you appreciate.
