Meet Jason Norris, one of our Summer 2026 FCD Cohort members!

Jason is a Career Coach at SUNY Brockport with a passion for healthcare education and career development. Before joining SUNY Brockport, he served as the Coordinator for Admissions and Student Affairs and interim Career Counselor at Mercer University School of Medicine.

He recently earned his Master’s in Higher Education with a concentration in College Career Advising from the University of Rochester and is passionate about helping students navigate their career journeys.

Meet John Sheible, one of our Summer 2026 FCD Cohort members!

John is a Career Coach and Employer Relations professional at SUNY Brockport’s Career Design Center, where he helps students build career readiness skills, connect with employers, and prepare for success after graduation.

He believes that early career education and exploration can make a lasting impact on students’ future success.

It was a wonderful week of learning, meaningful conversations, and reconnecting with colleagues while building new relationships with career professionals from across the country.

We especially enjoyed reconnecting with Dr. Sonja M. Robinson, Dr. Melissa A. Venable, and Dr. Frank Gorritz FitzSimons, as well as exploring Minneapolis along the way.

Jeni is the Director of the T. Rowe Price Career & Innovation Center at UCCS. After starting her career as a school counselor, she found a passion for career development and believes a career is more than a job; it’s an important part of a person’s story and has the power to shape lives.
