Check out these beautiful paint colors! Summer (my favorite season) brings to mind vibrant and joyful colors. You do not have to repaint your walls to get these vibes (unless you want to!) you can bring these colors in through pillows, throw blankets, art, and other easily interchangeable pieces. When the designer sent me this chair, I wasn’t sure if I could make that fabric work in sketchup. But I did a little digging, found the fabric () didn’t see the pink one so I had to pull the white background image into photoshop. Then take that into sketchup and drop it onto the wing back chair. It’s always magical when it all works out smoothly! 🎉

I’m often communicating with my designers many times a week, so it’s easy to see why we would get to know each other. My job title is “design assistant” but at times it’s so much more. Sometimes I’m tasked to take the lead and get a design together. Other times I’m a professional note taker on zoom calls! And then of course we hear about the good and bad of each other’s lives. There’s times where I’m covering someone I work with in prayer as they head out on a trip or struggle with losing a loved one. It’s this type of human connection that makes me love what I do every day. ❤️🙏🏻💻🏠

Jumping on this trend because 2016 was a very important year for me!! It’s the year that started everything here, but also a year of wonderful memories and some of the best things that have happened to me. ❤️❤️❤️
Ironically we were homeless part of this year (using the term loosely here because we chose to sell our house to save money and live with my husband’s parents for a bit). Sometimes the hardest decisions make the best results!!
Word for 2025: grateful! Fully lead by God as to how I’ve made my decisions this year. And guess what? Highest earning year to date! I’m so excited to see what 2026 holds, I see even more growth on the horizon. Have a happy & blessed new year!!
