FUN FACT: Did you know we offer Dual Credit Criminal Justice classes at Huntsville High School?

Yesterday our CJ Dual Credit students visited the Lonestar College - Montgomery campus. Students were amused by the campus, initiated great questions about resources available to them, and came home feeling proud to be both a Hornet and a Maverick.

We are appreciative to provide the foundation of our student’s higher education and cannot wait to continue to watch them grow and thrive!

As today comes to an end, we reflect on the lessons we have been able to share with our students about the events of 25 years ago. Mrs. Huebner’s Forensics students placed yellow ribbons at the front of Huntsville High School in memory of the victims and hopes to keep their memories and sacrifices alive. 🎗️

Our other classes watched documentaries, attended a virtual field trip with the 9/11 Memorial & Museum and wrote letters from the standpoint as a future leader to a leader from this event- What would our students say??

Needless to say our students understood the bravery and courage of the First Responders as well as countless civilians on 9/11/2001. Today our students proudly displayed their patriotism in their honor! ❤️🤍💙

We would also like to give a shout out to Mrs. Bauer and Senior Catelynn Duvall who participated in the Conroe Firefighters Foundation 5th Annual 9/11 Stair Climb this last weekend.
