I almost forgot, last Saturday at Peachy’s Health Smart cooking class we made Bolognese sauce in pasta and this mouth watering Baba Ganoush dip served on pita bread or small dipping Nan bread. Honestly I enjoy baba ganoush more drizzled over salads than paired with bread. Try it❣️those flat leaf parsley btw are to be consumed, not just a garnish.
