Some people find a community. Some people help build one.

We loved seeing Mariann and Josh’s story featured by Inspire(d) Media! A lovely story about choosing Decorah, finding your people, and putting down roots in a place that feels like home.

Mariann has been such a meaningful part of the ArtHaus story, from volunteering and serving on our board to helping make our Pride drag shows some of the most joyful, wildly fun events of the year. We’re so grateful for all the ways she (and Josh!) continue to show up, make things happen, and remind us that community is something we create together.

Give it a read and think about the people who helped make this place feel like home for you.
