Our annual Studio Tour Preview has its opening reception on Friday, September 4th from 6-8pm!

Get a chance to explore the works of local artists during the Northeast Iowa Artists’ Studio Tour Preview. This show predates the tour in October, giving you a chance to scope out artists and studios beforehand. This year’s tour highlights 41 artists across 31 studios

Join us at ArtHaus for the opening of our August Gallery Exhibition, Root-bound!

Root-bound considers the intertwined nature of growth, adaptation, and vulnerability through the visual language of plant root systems. The work explores the dual meaning of being “root-bound”—the tension between being anchored by our origins while continuing to expand as we move through the world. Like a potted plant, we are portable yet shaped by the spaces that have sustained us.

Get a chance to meet the artist, Allison Fox Schneider, and learn more about the exhibition during the Opening Reception! Light refreshments will be served.

Root-bound will be displayed from August 7th to August 29th during ArtHaus open hours: Monday-Friday 1-6pm & Saturday 10am-6pm.
