Broadway’s Next is the world’s only unscripted musical comedy awards show. Audience members write down made up song titles and Broadway’s Next’s master improvisers then present them as “nominated songs” for the coveted Phony award. The cast creates spontaneous scenes and songs, filled with catchy melodies, clever lyrics, creative choreography, and tons of laughter. The audience then votes for their favorite song, and watches as the cast turns that winning song into a full-blown improvised musical - complete with memorable characters, witty dialogue, and plot twists galore.

Center Stage Series 2024-25!

We are happy to announce that our brand new ticketing system is live, and 2024–25 Center Stage Series subscriptions are now on sale. Here’s the lineup!

With a voice described as “intoxicating,” Nella (September 27) is a Venezuelan jazz singer who won the Latin Grammy for Best New Artist straight out of Berklee College of Music.

Another Grammy winner, Imani Winds (October 10), has a well-deserved international reputation for their masterful playing and engaging stage presence. “Grooves and Meditations” will showcase a diverse repertoire ranging from Stevie Wonder covers to a brand-new commission.

The King’s Singers return to Luther (November 12) with a program entitled “The New World,” selected for this season in honor of the 200th anniversary of the first Norwegian immigrants’ arrival and highlighting migration, a theme of this year’s series.

Spend Valentine's Day with Ailey II (February 14) and immerse yourself in the artistry and energy of this beloved dance company from New York.
Experience the best of Ireland with Danú (March 14), and finish the season with the astonishing string quartet ETHEL in collaboration with multi-Grammy-winning Native American musician and storyteller Robert Mirabal in The Red Willow (April 11).
