A few weeks ago, Mrs. Pinkerton's Horticulture class planned out a "Pollinator Pathway" exhibit. The students prepped the outside planters and then elementary students helped plant a variety of flowers. After a good rain and lots of sun, we now have thriving plants and educational signs describing the different flowers and the pollinators that are so important!

Today we held our very first Floral cup! We had six schools come compete and our floral girls got a little practice before their first competition.The arrangements were all beautiful and we loved seeing the creativity from all who participated. Thank you to everyone who made this year a success and we look forward to more!

Members on the Go:
Alyson Johnson is back at it again! She competed in Livestock Judging at the Heart of Texas Fair in Waco and the Texas State Fair!
She was able to see some great stock at both, but her favorite was the contest at Heart of Texas. She will go back to Waco on Saturday for Ag Product ID.
