Hello all,

The preschool board made the decision in June 2026 to close the preschool, starting this fall. This decision was made partially based on financial reasons, but more so on educational needs. For decades, Central Christian Preschool has offered a quality education for pre-K students. But with declining enrollment in the past few years, we believe the educational quality is not at the level that it needs to be and that it could be with a full classroom.

If you are searching for a new pre-K option for your student, the website www.Illinoiscaresforkids.org has a list of early childhood education programs in our area. That is the resource that we can point you to, as you start your search for another preschool program.

This was a very difficult decision for our board and preschool leadership to make, and we so much appreciate your support and understanding as we move forward with closing the preschool.
