Hess Academy Inspiring Brilliance The Hess Academy is a collaborative learning community focused on children’s natural desire to learn and gain competence.

Educational methods are selected based on their ability to meet the individual needs of a variety of learning styles. Emphasis is placed on moving, exploring, creating, and interacting with other students and the environment. Students are provided with authentic, meaningful, and challenging work in a joyous, safe environment.

Operation Goody Bag is in full effect!

In remembrance of 9/11, we’re excited to honor and thank our local first responders with a special Hess tradition! We’re collecting goodies that our students will use to fill goody bags for local first responders. Our Hess students will also decorate the bags with their own creative touches, making each one extra special.

Help us show our first responders just how much we appreciate all they do for our community! Donate a few goodies and be part of Operation Goody Bag! Donations can be dropped off at the main school offcie.

Thank you for helping our students spread kindness, gratitude, and a little Hess love!

Hello families! There is a ton of mulch on the playground that needs to be moved. In partnership with and Park Neighbors , we would love to have volunteers from the school who are available to come help move and spread the mulch over the weekend. We will be meeting on Saturday, August 22nd at 8am. Bring your wheelbarrows, shovels, and pitchforks. Kids are welcome to come help as well. See you on Saturday!
