🍂 Calling All Vendors & Food Trucks! 🎃

Young Elementary School’s Annual Fall Festival is coming up on Thursday, October 22nd from 5:30–8:00 PM, and we are looking for local businesses, makers, vendors, and food trucks to join us!

This is a community-wide event and a great opportunity to get your business in front of local families while helping support Young Elementary PTO and our school.

🛍️ Vendors: $25 entry fee + 1 donated item for our raffle/auction
🚚 Food Trucks: $150 donation fee to participate, these funds go directly to our fundraising.

We welcome boutiques, crafts, services, home décor, local businesses, food trucks, and more!

💰 We use the money raised for things student field trip shirts, bringing in fun learning programs, providing resources to students & teachers, and supplies.

🍂🎃 Young Elementary School’s Annual Fall Festival is coming! 🎃🍂

Mark your calendars for Thursday, October 22nd from 5:30–8:00 PM and join us for a fun-filled evening at Young Elementary School!

We’ll have:

…and plenty of fall fun!

Most importantly, this event is for our ENTIRE COMMUNITY! You do not have to have a student at Young Elementary to attend. We would love to welcome families, friends, neighbors, former students, community members, and everyone who wants to come enjoy a great evening together.

Our Fall Festival is one of our favorite traditions because it brings our school and community together for a night of food, fun, laughter, and making memories. 💙🦅

📸Picture Day is coming up!! Read below and get those smiles ready! 😁

Young Elementary Families,

Mark your calendars! Yearbook Picture Day is coming up on Thursday, September 10th.

Here is what you need to know:

No Money Due on Picture Day: Every student will be photographed for the school yearbook, and no payment is needed upfront.

How to Order: In about two weeks, you will receive an email with a unique code. This will allow you to view your child's photo, select custom backgrounds, and order portrait packages online. All packages are 100% guaranteed and ship straight to your home.

Tips for Looking Best on Picture Day:

Clothing: Solid colors or simple, small patterns look best on camera. Please avoid tops with logos, slogans, or sleeveless styles.

Smiles: Most importantly, bring a natural smile!

☀️ SUNSHINE CART DAY at Young Elementary! ☀️

Today was one of our favorite days — getting to roll the Sunshine Cart through Young Elementary and see SO many smiling faces! 💙🦅

Every student received a special sweet treat, savory snack, and a fun little prize just to add a little extra sunshine to their school day. Seeing how excited they were made our day just as much as we hope it made theirs! 🥰

And of course, we couldn’t forget our amazing teachers and staff! We loved getting to treat them, too, and show them a little appreciation for everything they do for our Eagles each day.

These are the moments we love most — supporting our students, celebrating our teachers, and making school just a little more fun! 💙☀️
