What is a clammacherry? A small fruit with a thin skin. When removed, inside lies a sticky flesh that has been used by children to make paper kites and stick many things together.

If any of these qualities aggravate you, seek the opposite to balance them. Think grounding soups, heavy oils and rejuvenative practices. How are you feeling?
