What is a clammacherry? A small fruit with a thin skin. When removed, inside lies a sticky flesh that has been used by children to make paper kites and stick many things together.

This community will give you the tools to reveal what’s inside, stick you to yourself and to others who are walking this same path.

Greetings. We are definitely approaching Fall here in the southeast. Fall is Vata season (mobile/windy, light, cold and dry). If any of these qualities aggravate you, seek the opposite to balance them. Think grounding soups, heavy oils and rejuvenative practices. How are you feeling? What qualities are you seeing in yourself?
