Nana's House Daycare

I am a licensed in-home daycare provider and have been doing this for over nine years. I accept children from 3 months old to 3 years old - or so. I can have up to 3 infants under the age of one and six children total. Not only does each child in a group this small get personal attention and love, but it copies the situation in a family where normally there is a range of ages and younger children learn from the older ones.

I am focused on early language development and speak to children in full sentences all day. I encourage the love of the natural world as well as artistic development and outdoor play with a sandbox and ride-on and building toys and a slide.. Children over one receive breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack included in the tuition. Most of their food is cooked by me daily. We have been having fun observing squirrels and birds up close and personal. We create abstract art with crayons and paper. Having just lost our oldest girl because of a move, I am hoping to find new friends for a sweet 16 month old boy.

I am seeing considerable interest from parents of new infants and those wanting to reserve a place for a child not yet born.
