Students in Mrs. Couch’s class had fun exploring numbers larger than 300 using base-ten blocks! They created their own numbers and then participated in a scoot activity, moving around the room and using their math skills to guess the numbers their classmates had built. 📚🌈 A Bad Case of Stripes… and Lima Beans! 🫘💚

Mrs. Chapman’s class brought A Bad Case of Stripes to life today! After reading the story, students got to be brave taste-testers and try lima beans just like Camilla Cream! 😋

Some students discovered a new favorite, while others decided lima beans might not be for them—and that’s okay! 😂 We love when a great book turns into a fun, hands-on learning experience.

🎭 Learning Through Drama!

Today, our students had so much fun with our amazing drama teacher, Mrs. Ladner, playing a game called “Statue!” Students worked together in groups to use their bodies to create one object.

This fun activity helped them practice teamwork, planning, communication, and creativity while working together to bring their ideas to life! They created objects like a spider, bicycle, airplane, clock, train, French fries, and so much more! 🎬👏
