Shout out to 3rd degree black belt Mickey Patterson for dropping into the 5:30am morning class Gi and NoGi at Peak Performance Decatur Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

At 53 years old, he has over 20 years experience and has been teaching morning BJJ classes for 17+ years. He is currently the morning class instructor at Peak Performance MMA Keller on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Fortunately for us, he lives in Decatur and drops in occasionally between teaching BJJ and worldwide travel, with his job and Rugby teams, to offer his knowledge and expertise to our Zombie Crew.

His daughter Dr. Paris Anton, Occupational Therapist, owns and operates Functional Flower Occupational Therapy in Decatur, TX and is also a Jiu Jitsu practitioner.
