Appletree-Academy is hiring patient, flexible and nurturing teachers to join our team as a Preschool Teacher, Infant and Toddler teachers. You’ll enjoy being part of a passionate and collaborative culture in an environment that has enhanced health and safety protocols. Appletree Academy professionals make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families in our community every day. If you’re motivated by smiles and hugs from children and praise from parents, this could be the job for you.

You’ll use your caring attitude, creative nature and excellent communication and collaboration skills in the classroom. Among your responsibilities will be:

§ Providing general classroom supervision, which includes the personal care, hygiene, and positive guidance for the children.

§ Preparing and implementing activities for children that stress physical, social, and emotional growth.

§ Providing materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use, both in learning activities and in active play.

Appletree Academy provides quality educational childcare for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-POSITIVE ATTITUDE
-FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
-CDA, ASSOCIATE OR BACHELORS IN CHILD DEVELOPMENT OR
EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION
-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A LICENSED CHILD CARE FACILITY
-SATISFACTORY BACKGROUND AND CHILD ABUSE CLEARANCE
-DHR REQUIREMENTS
