TAT Global Enterprises is excited to continue our work with EnRich at Richland Community College as we welcome the new Fall CEJA cohort!

Through Richland’s partnership with TCCI, this cohort’s Essential Skills training is taking place directly on the TCCI campus—creating a powerful connection between education, workforce preparation, and the environments where tomorrow’s careers are being built.

Through Essential Skills, we’re helping participants strengthen communication, teamwork, leadership, adaptability, conflict resolution, problem-solving, work ethic, and other skills that can make a difference not only in obtaining a career—but in sustaining success and continuing to grow.

We’re excited to see the confidence, relationships, skills, and opportunities this new cohort develops throughout the semester.

WOW… I’m still cheesing! 😁🌟

Received my the University of Illinois Springfield Promising Prairie Star Award certificate in the mail yesterday.

It’s hard to put into words what this means.

A year ago I walked across the stage as a UIS graduate, hoping I could make a positive difference in my community. Today, to have my alma mater recognize my work in innovation, creativity, leadership, and service is something I’ll never take for granted.

Every opportunity I’ve been blessed with—from DJing Fighting Illini Athletics, to speaking across the state, facilitating workshops, mentoring youth, building TAT Global Enterprises, and serving communities—has been fueled by one simple goal:

Leave every person and every place better than I found it.

Thank you to my incredible wife and family, my friends, mentors, clients, colleagues, and everyone who’s supported me along the way. This recognition belongs to all of us!

A huge THANK YOU to Jimmy John's for generously providing lunch for our incredible Rap-U Camp participants! Your support helped fuel the creativity, energy, and passion of the next generation of artists and leaders.

Special shoutout to Suzi Rotz, Director of Marketing & Public Relations at J Three, Inc., for helping make this happen. Your commitment to investing in our youth and our community does not go unnoticed. We truly appreciate you!

Another BIG thank you to Bennie Smith, owner, founder, and operator of Suite 704, for opening your doors and creating an authentic environment where our participants received real, hands-on studio and music production experience.
