mindfulness, and self-compassion to help women uncover their inner strength, power, and potential. After a successful decade in the corporate world, Tania made an inspiring switch to entrepreneurship, and now she enjoys coaching others toward their objectives. Tania understands the importance of self-love and wants to help spread this knowledge to others. Born into the hustle of Toronto's city life, Tania was a star athlete who excelled at volleyball and basketball throughout her school years - earning herself recognition by being chosen to be team captain for each sport!
