Good morning! We are almost at the end of April. The year is flying by! If you are ready to continue a career in childcare we are hiring for the following roles:

Must be familiar with quality rated
Very professional and willing to learn
Ability to manage and communicate with children
Creative with the ability to design bulletin boards and lesson plans
Establish and enforce rules of behavior for children in their classrooms
Provide basic needs for children
Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children
Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents
Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks and meals
Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental and social development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, storytelling, and field trips.
Qualifications:

Must have a CDA, TCC or higher
At least 2 years of experience with childcare
Must be able to work hours from 8:00-4:30pm

After School Teacher needed from 2:00pm-6:00pm

Responsibilities:
Help children with homework
Assist with serving snack and dinner
Drive bus to pick up children from school
Clean up and sanitize common areas
Other duties as needed
Experience working with after school children desired. Must be able to come in earlier when the children are out of public school. Must be able to pass national background check.

Job Description

Attend to children's basic needs by feeding them, dressing them, and changing their diapers.
Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play.
Teach basic skills such as color, shape, number and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills.
Establish and enforce rules for behavior, and procedures for maintaining order.
Able to do lesson plans. Flexible hours. Good communication skills.

* Hours for this position are 1:30-6:30pm Monday - Friday with the opportunity for more hours.
