Happy Friday and FALL! 🙌 We’ve CELEBRATED that Jesus is our friend with Mrs. Traci ❤️ & made MUSIC with our friends in MusicPlay, too! 🎶 Of course, students have had all sorts of FALL experiences including Fall leaf art 🍂, scented Play-Doh and sensory bins, AWESOME pumpkin explorations (learning how we clean a pumpkin, taking the “ooey-gooey” stuff out, is similar to how Jesus cleans our hearts ❤️😉) & exciting pumpkin experiments! 🎃 What FUN! We’re going APPLES next week! 🍎

🎉 Today we CELEBRATE Mrs. Janie (top right in the picture of PPS’s awesome admin!) Janie has been on mission with PPS for FIFTEEN years! WOW! She’s Decatur’s DYNAMITE Director and leads so beautifully because she serves so well! Janie is a GREAT example to her team (and all those around her) of what loyalty, hard work, priority, organization, compassion, humility and LOVE are (all “ingredients” to make a mission possible & successful!) It is a complete JOY and HONOR to celebrate you, Janie, and we’re so thankful God brought you to PPS 15 years ago - first serving as our Infant caregiver - shining bright even then! ⭐️ THANK YOU for being YOU! ❤️

PPS kiddos wrapped up the first month of the new school year learning about community helpers! They had special visits from a fireman, paramedic, army man, garbage collector & baker! AWESOME! Last week was all about GOD’S HELPERS, and they learned about Abraham, Moses, Queen Esther and Jesus (who “built a bridge” to bring us back to God) to name a few! 🙌 September’s theme is 🎉CELEBRATING ME, the APPLE of God’s eye…a study all about body parts, emotions, manners, and we wrap up launching into a Fall sensory experience! 🍂🎃🍎

Check out the pictures to see all the “scientific” discovery! 🙌
