“One of the worst days in America's history saw some of the bravest acts in Americans' history. We'll always honor the heroes of 9/11. And here at this hallow place, we pledge that we will never forget their sacrifice.” — President George W. Bush

Decatur's Memorial Stair Climb Thank you again for hosting and running such an amazing event! You all go above and beyond for everyone every year!

What a great Labor Day Turnout!

Labor Day Schedule & Hero WOD: "HOTSHOTS 19" 🇺🇸🔥

We will be taking on the Hero WOD "HOTSHOTS 19" to pay tribute to the 19 members of the Granite Mountain Hotshots firefighting crew who tragically lost their lives on June 30, 2013, protecting others in Yarnell, Arizona. This workout is a test of grit and endurance, designed to remind us of their ultimate sacrifice.

Our Labor Day hours:

7:00 AM – Open Gym

8:00 AM – (Heat 1)

9:00 AM – (Heat 2)

Please note: There will be no other classes for the rest of the day.

Whether you are performing the workout exactly as written, scaling the movements, or partnering up, we encourage all members to show up, give their best effort, and sweat in remembrance of these brave individuals.

Let's start this Labor Day with a purposeful morning of community, hard work, and reflection. We will never forget.
