We want our students to mess up here.

Not because mistakes are the goal, but because learning how to recognize, troubleshoot, and correct them is part of becoming a great stylist.

We want them to ask questions. Rethink a formula. Adjust their approach. Learn why something worked and why something didn't.

Most importantly, we want them doing it while they still have licensed and experienced instructors beside them to teach, guide, and step in when needed.

Beauty school isn't about never making a mistake. It's about building the knowledge, judgment, and confidence to know what to do when something doesn't go as planned.

Because one day, there won't be an instructor standing beside them.

And we want our graduates ready for that day. 🖤
