JHMS 8th graders got some first-hand medical experience today. They learned how to perform CPR, intubate a patient, set up the OR, dress in the correct PPE, and work with patients through physical therapy. They also virtually participated in knee surgery, rescued a victim in a car crash, set up the IV bag or drew blood just like they do in the hospital. Thank you to Ashley Damery from Memorial Health for bringing these experiences to our students!
