This weekend ladies. Its the relaunch of Pretty Dangerous. We are back!!!!!!! Come get some awesome rolls and learn technique from badass ladies. Free and open to all ladies, all ages and experience all affiliations welcome.

We are back!!! We are teaming up with Chick Jitsu to bring you a Pretty Dangerous free women's only seminar and open mat from 1-3pm and then at 5pm a Chickjitsu event. Both events at DARKWOLF MMA
Learn some awesome Jiu Jitsu and catch some rolls with badass ladies then stay for the competition.

1 year ago I rang the bell signifying and end to my cancer treatment and the beginning of my healing journey. I mistakenly thought that the surgeries and treatment were going to be the hardest part....I was wrong. The hardest part was not feeling like myself after treatment, way overweight, out of shape, mentally fried etc.  The path back has been harder than I thought, with a lot of back sliding.  But with the help of my amazing husband @ david Lohsen I finally feel close to myself again.  I have more work to do and some serious goals to attain. We are on our way. Made some serious progress. I am back to rolling, down 40 lbs and signed up for Pans and Master Worlds. But I have a long way to go to get where I want to be.  Through all of this my light, my love, my best friend, and husband has been by my side lifting me up, drying my tears and reminding me that I am a badass and nothing will stop me. So with that being said I'm back bi***es let's roll!!!
Competition prep starts 1/4 for us and we are resurrecting Pretty Dangerous starting in February (stay tuned for details).
