🌟 Staff Spotlight: Mrs. Dugan! 🌟
I am a second-grade teacher with 16 years of experience working with children in daycare, preschool, and elementary education. My journey with REA began five years ago when my oldest son started kindergarten here. While earning my degree, I was blessed to serve as a substitute teacher and intern, and after graduating this past December, I was thrilled to join my dream school as a teacher.

My husband, Joe, works for Disney, and we love exploring the parks together as a family. We have two sons who attend REA, making our school community especially meaningful to us.

When I'm not teaching, I enjoy crafting with my Cricut, reading novels, singing, and dancing. I'm also excited to be part of the Performing Arts Club this year! I feel so fortunate to be part of the REA family and can't wait to make wonderful memories with my students.

We celebrated our amazing seniors with our annual Senior Clap Out! 🎓👏

It was such a special moment to watch our former students walk the halls one more time as our current students and staff cheered them on. We are so proud of all they have accomplished and cannot wait to see what the future holds for each of them.
