Hello everyone! Our school wide park and pool event is coming up THIS THURSDAY (Thursday June 4th) and we are unfortunately short on parent drivers. Our first graders are at risk of not being able to attend! Please, if you have extra seats in your vehicles, and youre willing to drive, let us know ASAP! You must have an iChat on file with us (as with all parent volunteers) please reach out to the office if you are able to help us out! Thanks so much! 🌊🌴⛱️

Hello everyone! Our 5th grade graduation is coming in hot, and we are in serious need of some extra hands on deck 🖐🖐🖐! If you can help in any way (donated items, decorating, your time etc.) PLEASE reach out to either our page or to Mrs Ross or Mrs Hughes. Thank you so much 💖

THIS SATURDAY, June 6, 9am-1pm the DUVALL NATIVE PLANT SALE AND BUTTERFLY FESTIVAL! Bring all the pollinators to your yard. Flowers, grasses, pollinator and kits are for sale. As part of our outreach, we will also be giving away some BLACK SWALLOWTAIL BUTTERFLY EGGS for children that would like to raise a butterfly at home (caterpillar food is available at our garden for free and we will provide instructions) we may only have a limited supply of eggs, so come early! We will also have butterfly crafts, tattoos, games, stickers and zinnia seeds for kids!
Horticulturists from East Michigan Natives will be on hand to provide plant expertise and garden design advice. Don’t miss this sale! One day only! All proceeds benefit the DuVall PTA and Butterfly garden!

Spring Concert 2026 - Thank you Ms. Rafferty and Mr. McLennan.

Three fifth boys won the Ice Cream Social prize of lunch out with Mrs. Timpf. They picked Dave’s Hot Chicken. All had a great time.

Today was our field day! A huge thank you to our very own Mr Truitt for providing a fun filled day in the sun, complete with jams for all ages 🎶 (backstreets back, alright?) all of our parent volunteers who came out to help run stations and dance to said jams (not pictured) and our PTA for providing the much needed rainbow array of popsicles after a long days work. Team work makes the dream work, and we are so lucky to have such an incredible team 🖤🤍🐧

Green Club sold handmade bee hotels, and hand painted pots filled with flowers and succulents after school Wednesday! There is still some available, inquire in our office! A big thank you to them for all of their hard work making our school a greener place! 💚♻️

This years Ice Cream Social was out of this world! 🌎 We cannot thank our community and members of our PTA enough for pulling together to make this years social the most successful in our schools history! It is always so incredible to see the amount of support we recieve from all the local businesses, families, and school staff who come together to create the absolute magic of this event. ✨️ The funds generated from this event will go to the many clubs, classroom needs, events and school wide needs to make DuVall what it is: a neighborhood gem, who values our strong and connected community. Where kids, teachers and parents alike can feel pride for their school. We are the absolute luckiest to have you all, thank you again from the bottom of our hearts ❤️ here is just a few pictures from the event. Calling all gardeners! 🦋🌱 DuVall is hosting our annual native plant sale during the historic Edison Street Sales on Saturday, June 6th, from 9:00-2:00pm! We are in need of volunteers to help run shifts at our tent. The vendors from the company will set up, and answer questions for customers. All we need our volunteers to do is run the cash box and cash people out (while sitting in the shade 😎! If you think you might be interested, please check out the link below!
