Hello Long Elementary families ,
This announcement does not come easy.
Today Brandi and I have decided to resign from the PTA board for personal reasons . Even though it is an end of an era for us and the current Long PTA. We are optimistic that the new LONG ELEMENTARY PTA will do amazing things just like the great Long PTA’S have in the many past years . We will do our best to provide the new PTA with all the best tools for success.. With saying this , this choice was not an easy one. We love our community , our school and most of all the kids . We appreciate all your support during this big change . God speed and warm regards , Jess and Brandi

It’s with heavy hearts that we share this news.
Unfortunately, we will be taking an extended pause on this event. At this time, we’re not sure when we’ll be able to resume, but we’ll keep you updated as we learn more.

🍿🍿🍿 It's Popcorn Friday!!! 🍿🍿🍿
The only thing scary about this October's Popcorn Friday is if you missout! 50 cents a bag will do the trick for this great treat.
We are looking for volunteers to help pop, bag and pass out popcorn.

Hello Long Parents,
We are asking for donations to our Road Runner Store again this year. 😃
For those of you that do not know what the Road Runner Store is, it is a store the PTA sponsors where our students can shop for trinkets.
Throughout the week they can earn "Bucks" for things like being kind, being safe, and learning.
Every student gets the opportunity to shop. It teaches them how to earn how to save and it also teaches them delayed gratification. They can buy something for three bucks or save up and buy something for twenty bucks.
If youre able to please consider donating. The students really love the store. And of course we appreciate it so much!

A cellphone was lost at school today. It is a pink I phone 15 with a butterfly case. If you or your child found this please return it to the office.
