That’s a wrap on RTX Invention Convention U.S. Nationals 2026! This year, we welcomed our largest group of inventors ever — 513 incredible young innovators from across the country, selected from more than 300,000 participants nationwide. Throughout the week, we were inspired by their creativity, ingenuity and determination as they confidently showcased inventions designed to solve real-world problems, big and small.

We couldn’t be prouder of each and every inventor for sharing their ideas with such passion and purpose. To the inventors: whether you left with an award or simply the experience of presenting your invention on this national stage, you should be proud — you are helping make the world a better place, one invention at a time. Thank you to the families, educators, affiliates, judges, partners, staff and volunteers who helped make this unforgettable experience possible. We truly couldn’t do this without you, and we thank you for championing these young innovators and helping us . We can’t wait to see what the future holds for our inventors and we are filled with so much hope with these empathetic and incredibly bright students leading the way.

The Henry Ford's Educator Outreach Specialist Andaiye Spencer has had a busy month engaging with educators, administrators, youth serving non-profits and out-of-school-time programs in the Metro Detroit area. In meeting with folks from the Girl Scouts, Green Living Science, Detroit Chempreneurist and so many more incredible organizations, Andaiye is spreading awareness of inHub and Invention Convention programs. We're grateful for these opportunities to connect with local teachers and youth-serving organizations to introduce innovation learning, invention education and share how The Henry Ford is empowering educators and students with the tools to activate an innovative mindset.
