💚 We Need Your Help, Meadows Family! 💛

Dismissal time is a busy part of our day, and we want to keep everyone safe and stress-free. Please plan to arrive at or after 3:15 PM for pickup.

Arriving too early creates traffic on Pleasant Run Rd., and we want to be good neighbors while keeping our Eagles safe.

🚔 DeSoto PD will be joining us to support smoother traffic flow.

HAPPY SUNDAY!

Thank you for a great first two weeks of school! As we continue settling into our routines and accelerating learning, we want to share a few important reminders and updates for the week ahead.

⏰ Attendance & Tardies
Being on time matters! Students should arrive at school on time and be ready for the day. Beginning at 8:05 AM, students arriving late must be signed in and will receive a tardy pass.
Every minute of instruction counts, so please help us protect learning time by ensuring your scholar arrives on time each day.

🎒 Supplies & Backpacks
If your child needs school supplies or a backpack, please let us know—we are here to help! Families should reach out directly to their child’s homeroom teacher so we can provide support.

TME families and community members, we need helping hands during lunch! Volunteers can assist students with opening packages, keeping tables tidy, supporting smooth lunch routines, and encouraging our Eagles.

We're excited to announce that The Meadows Elementary will offer the A.C.E. (Academic, Creative, Enrichment) After School Program for the 2026–2027 school year!

This program provides a safe, engaging environment where students can continue learning and growing after the school day ends.

Program Highlights:
Homework Assistance
Enriching Activities
Physical Play
Healthy Snacks
Safe & Dependable Care

Who: Kindergarten–5th Grade
Hours: School dismissal until 6:00 PM
Weekly Tuition: $60 per child ($5 sibling discount)
Registration Fee: $70 per child or $100 per family

We're excited to provide our Eagle families with a high-quality after-school option that supports academic success while keeping students active, engaged, and having fun!
