UAEX Sevier County Extension The Division of Agriculture is one of 20 entities within the University of Arkansas System.

Through the application of scientific research, outreach education and partnerships, we help families and consumers make informed decisions that enhance the quality of life and well-being including our EHC and 4-H volunteers. The University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture’s mission is to strengthen agriculture, communities, and families by connecting trusted research to the adoption of

best practices. Through the Agricultural Experiment Station and the Cooperative Extension Service, the Division of Agriculture conducts research and extension work within the nation’s historic land grant education system. It has offices in all 75 counties in Arkansas and faculty on three system campuses. As of September 2025, the Arkansas Republican Party (RPA) is transitioning from an open primary to a semi-closed primary system.

As of September 2025, the Arkansas Republican Party (RPA) is transitioning from an open primary to a semi-closed primary system. This means that only registered Republicans AND those who are unaffiliated (optional) will be able to vote in the Republican Party's primaries in March 2026.
