Jessica Howell (left) from Catholic Relief Services presenting Jennifer Garner, Green Bay representative for Sen. Tammy Baldwin, with 384 postcards asking that the Senator sponsor the Business Supply Chain Transparency on Trafficking and Slavery Act (H.R. 3226/S. 1968). The cards came from all over the state, but many were signed by St. Norbert students visiting Lisa Kristine's photographic exhibition on modern day slavery.
