Monday Member Highlight! ✨Jenni ✨
This week, we’re excited to spotlight Jenni, a dedicated member of Management Women, Inc. for the past 6 (maybe 7) years!
Jenni joined MWI because she was looking to build meaningful connections with other women leaders in our community. What she found was not only connection - but collaboration, inspiration, and opportunity.
One of the best pieces of advice Jenni lives by is simple yet powerful: Be generous with your content. Whether in business or in leadership, she believes in sharing knowledge openly, serving others well, and trusting that there is always enough opportunity to go around. That mindset has shaped the way she shows up for her clients, her colleagues, and this organization.
Jenni is the Owner of Embrace Your Story Coaching, where she helps women step into their voice, own their narrative, and lead with confidence and clarity. Her passion for empowering women has even taken her beyond our local community - she had the incredible opportunity to speak at a women’s conference in Alaska, sharing her message and impact on a larger stage.
Within MWI, Jenni especially enjoys serving on the Programs Committee, where she plays a role in shaping meaningful events and experiences for our members. Being part of the behind-the-scenes work has allowed her to connect more deeply, grow her leadership skills, and contribute to the powerful programming that makes MWI so impactful.
When she’s not coaching or volunteering her time, Jenni has her sights set on travel with Maine in the fall at the top of her bucket list. 🍁
