Happy first week of classes!!! The Center for Global Engagement has welcomed a new study abroad coordinator, Dr. Yi-Lan Niu! She is a music professor who has performed all around the world! She also enjoys cooking, especially Indian, Korean, and Japanese cuisine! Welcome back to our J-term 2025 Global Seminar group studying interfaith relations in Italy & Jordan! Over nearly 3 weeks, faculty leaders in Theology & Religious studies, Dr. Andrew O’Connor & Dr. Thomas Bolin, travelled with students throughout several cities in both countries to learn about historical and present day relationships between Christianity, Judaism and Islam in the region.

Our Interfaith Relations Global Seminar is on its final day in Jordan. The group was very busy this week visiting Amman, Madaba, Mount Nebo, Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea.
