What a wonderful way to wrap up Staff Appreciation Week! ☕🧁

Today, the EP PTO treated our amazing teachers and staff to coffee along with fresh scones and muffins from Beans n Cream Coffee Deforest. We are so grateful for everything our staff does each and every day to support, encourage, and inspire our students.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this week so special — and a big thank you to our incredible EP staff for all that you do! 💜💛

In addition to yesterday's BBQ lunch the PTO surprised our amazing teachers and staff with sweet treat boxes filled with decorated cookies and other goodies. A special shoutout to Woolly’s Snack Hut for providing the delicious Dubai chocolate cups!

Each staff member also received raffle tickets for a chance to win themed baskets as a small thank-you for everything they do for our students each and every day.

We appreciate all of the support from our Eagle Point families and community for helping us celebrate such an incredible staff! 💜💛

Today the Eagle Point PTO had the pleasure of hosting Travelin' Tom's Coffee of Central Madison for our amazing EP staff! ☕💜

Staff members were able to place their favorite drink orders, and our PTO members happily delivered drinks to those who didn’t have a free minute during the busy school day.

To top it off, each staff member also received a $5 Kwik Trip gift card and a lottery ticket — to help fuel their day and hopefully bring a little extra luck their way! 🍀✨

We are so grateful for everything our teachers and staff do for our students every single day. Thank you for making Eagle Point such a wonderful place! 💛

Yesterday we kicked off Staff Appreciation Week with a Jimmy John’s lunch for our amazing EP staff 🥪👏

And today… WOW. Our Eagle Point families absolutely showed up! 💛

Parents and caregivers treated staff to an incredible cookout spread for lunch—full of delicious food and so much appreciation. We are beyond grateful for the support and generosity of this community.

Thank you for helping us celebrate the incredible people who make Eagle Point such a special place every day! 🍔🌭🎉

EP PTO received the sweetest handmade thank you cards after providing sugar-free gum and Dum Dum suckers to help them stay focused during Forward Testing. Your hard work and kind words mean so much to us.

Don’t forget — our PTO Ice Cream Social is happening tomorrow! We can’t wait to see everyone there for an evening of sweet treats and fun.

A big THANK YOU to everyone who participated in our Change Drive — we raised $286.09, which will help cover the cost of all the yummy ice cream and delicious toppings! 🍨✨

Starting now, ending Friday, kids can bring in coins and place them in the jar of the staff member they want to see pucker up! The more change in the jar, the better their chances of being the lucky cow kisser. 😁

🍦 Volunteers Needed for Ice Cream Social! 🍦

We’re gearing up for our upcoming Ice Cream Social on April 16th, and we’d love your help to make it a sweet success! 💜

We have flexible volunteer shifts starting at just 30 minutes between 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, so it’s easy to jump in wherever you can!

Volunteer roles include:
✨ Set-up
🍨 Scooping delicious Sassy Cow ice cream
🍫 Monitoring the toppings station
🧼 Clean-up
