Dance Fitness with Pam Combining the hottest music with even hotter moves! Beginners build confidence with easy to follow dance moves set to your favorite songs. Mostly Top 40!

I currently teach one class for drop-in and teach 2 classes at the YMCA Springfield - Must be a member!

- Sunday 1pm (YMCA Springfield)

- Monday 10:30am (YMCA Springfield)

- Friday 9 am (Ridley YMCA)

- Thursday 6pm Drop in $20 or register for class (https://thepac.center/programs/health- wellness)
