We’ve been working 9 to 5 today, digging through our historical files for the Harper Valley PTA. As of 5 p.m., we still haven’t found their charter. 🎶

But on this 9/25, we have found a way to honor Dolly Parton: join your local PTA. Dolly put books in children’s hands through her Imagination Library. PTA volunteers carry that same spirit into schools, helping children get the books, resources, and support they need.

Find your local PTA and join us. Dolly would appreciate a little less filing and a lot more doing. 💗📚

🍂🎃 Fall Festival is coming and we need our Beachside families! 🐢🌊

Starting October 1st, we’ll have a Candy Donation Box at school! 🍬🍫 We’re asking families to send in bags of individually wrapped candy to help us stock up for Trunk or Treat.

We’re also re-sharing our volunteer sign-up sheet! Whether you can decorate a trunk, help with games, concessions, chili cook off, setup/cleanup, or just lend an extra set of hands we’d love to have you! 🤍

Every bag of candy and every volunteer helps us make this a fun night for our Beachside kids and families.

📅 Fall Festival: October 24 | 4–7 PM

💙🐢 THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE AMAZING MEN IN OUR TURTLES’ LIVES! 🐢💙

We were so excited to celebrate all of the dads, grandpas, uncles, brothers, family members, and special male role models who help make our turtles’ lives so special! We loved seeing you all this morning at our Dads Bring Your Child to School Drop-Off! 🍩💙

And WOW… YOU GUYS SHOWED UP AND SHOWED OUT! 🙌
We brought 6 DOZEN DONUTS thinking that would be plenty… but you all had other plans! 😂🍩 We were completely OUT by 7:40 AM!

We are so sorry to those who didn’t get a donut, but we hope you know how much we appreciate you showing up for your turtle. Your presence, support, and involvement mean SO much! 💙
Clearly, we underestimated the donut demand… so you better believe we’ll be placing a MUCH BIGGER ORDER for our next drop-off event! 😉🍩
Thank you for being the amazing role models, supporters, and cheerleaders that our Beachside turtles need. We are so lucky to have you in our Beachside family! 🐢💙

🦆✨ A BIG QUACK OF THANKS! ✨🦆
Beachside PTA is so grateful for the amazing local businesses that helped make our Kiwanis Great Daytona Beach Duck Race a success! 💙🐢
These generous businesses donated items to our raffle baskets and helped us add a little extra fun to the event:
💧 Salty Drip IV
💄 Allison Renae Beauty
🕶️ Hooten Young
🌿 Tranquil Healing LLC
🔆 The Ormond Spotlight

Your generosity and support mean so much to our Beachside Elementary turtles! 🐢💙 Every donation helps our PTA continue providing fun experiences, programs, and enrichment opportunities for our students and staff.

🎉 Also big celebration we came in 11th Place on amount of ducks adopted in the overall Kiwanis Duck race. We couldn’t have done that without all of you!

We are so thankful for our community partners who continue to make waves for Beachside! 🌊
🦆💙 Thank you for helping us make a splash!
