Yesterday, Mrs. Richardson had the wonderful opportunity to visit the Marine Science Center and meet with Shell to discuss ways we can continue to strengthen our close partnership and support one another in serving our community.

We are incredibly grateful for everything the Marine Science Center does—not only for us, but for the entire community and the countless animals they rescue, rehabilitate, and care for each year. Their dedication, compassion, and commitment make a lasting impact every day.

Community partnerships like this are so important, and we look forward to continuing to work together to make a difference.

Mrs. Parlett has been enjoying many fun activities with her family!

🌊🐠 Kindergarten students are having a great time in Sea Lab! While learning about amazing sea animals and ocean habitats, they are also practicing important Florida Kindergarten standards and building the skills they’ll need for a successful start to first grade. From reading and writing to math and problem-solving, our students are learning, growing, and exploring through hands-on, engaging activities/crafts.

Volusia Online Learning Summer VFlex program gives students the opportunity to earn original credits in an accelerated online format.

📅 Now– July 30

✅ Finish courses in half the time
✅ Earn credits that count toward graduation
✅ Learn on a flexible schedule from anywhere
✅ Take courses in English, Math, Science, Social Studies, Spanish, Driver Education, Personal Finance, and more

Students complete one semester at a time and may request an additional semester course segment to continue in the fall.
