Father Lopez Class of 1973

Forty-three years ago tonight we threw our caps into the air and the future. Although it seems we just had our 40th Reunion, I'm already looking forward to the next one. However, I don't think we should wait until our 50th to meet again; at this point in our lives, I think we should have one every 5 years. No better time to begin planning than now as the next 2 years will fly by just like the last 43 have. Please think of and submit ideas on this page for a weekend of fun in the Daytona area in 2018...maybe the Class of 1974 could plan it for us...they always had the best floats and reunions!! Father Lopez Football Cruise to the Bahamas, 1970...I recognize most everyone in the front row and, of course, that's my Mom and Dad on the far right !! My Dad was the chauffeur taking people back and forth from the port in Freeport into town. He had to remember to drive on the left. Molly Shay Shakar...is this the trip that started the "Oh I see you found your luggage" ?? RIP Yasmin Edwards - front row who died shortly before our 20th reunion :(

40 years ago tonight...May 31, 1973...hope to see you at our reunion weekend 6/21-6/23, 2013!! We are the Green Wave, the mighty, mighty older Green Wave!!

We have a big one coming up next year Class of 1973...yikes!! I thought 30 was bad... Anyway, hoping to get together with a few classmates at the Father Lopez Alumni Gathering June 23rd, at the Blue Grotto, to talk about the reunion...I don't mind being the Butcher, the Baker and the Candlestick Maker, but would like some assistance.
