Congratulations to Coach Corliss Fingers, Bethune-Cookman University's Assistant Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Wellness and Director of Strength & Conditioning, on being inducted as a "Legend in the Field" by the CSCCa—the first Black woman and only HBCU representative ever to receive this prestigious honor.

As if that weren't enough, the Minority Strength & Conditioning Coaches organization has named its annual award in her honor: the Corliss Fingers Outstanding Female Minority Coach of the Year Award.

A trailblazer. A champion. A Wildcat legend.

Bethune-Cookman University proudly receives a Semi-Quincentennial Celebration Wreath presented by Joseph Cofield and donated by B-CU alumna Elissa Waters-Thomas in recognition of the Waters family’s three generations of Wildcat excellence and community impact.

This special ceremony reflects a shared commitment to education, youth leadership, community engagement, and preserving a legacy of service for future generations.
