Summer Gallery Hours & Seasonal Closure

The Art League will then be closed July 4 through August 29 as we complete our summer renovations and prepare exciting improvements for our members, artists, students, and visitors.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back at the end of August with a refreshed space ready for another creative season!

A Lifetime Dedicated to Art, Teaching, and Community

Elaine’s artistic journey began early and led her to pursue higher education in the arts. She began college around 1966 and completed six years of art studies, building the foundation for a lifelong career in creativity and education.

In 2001, Elaine relocated from Orlando to Daytona Beach, where she discovered the Art League of Daytona Beach. It wasn’t long before her talent caught the attention of Connie Krzyzowski, who admired Elaine’s artwork and invited her to become an instructor.

For more than 25 years, Elaine has been an important part of our Art League family, sharing her knowledge, encouragement, and passion with countless students. Her dedication has helped inspire generations of artists in our community.

Elaine is a versatile artist who works in watercolor, oil, acrylic, and many other mediums. Her creativity, skill, and willingness to explore new techniques continue to inspire everyone who knows her.

Beyond her artistic achievements, Elaine treasures her family in Connecticut, including her brother, sister, and many nieces and nephews.

When asked what she loves most about the Art League, Elaine often speaks about the joy of teaching. The opportunity to inspire others while building a career doing what she loves has made the Art League a special place in her life.

The Art League of Daytona Beach was filled with creativity, inspiration, and community as visitors gathered to celebrate the talented artists of the Women Artists Group. From thoughtful conversations to beautiful artwork, the exhibit truly lived up to its name.

We are grateful to everyone who attended, supported the artists, and helped make this reception such a success. A special thank you to the media for helping share the story of this remarkable exhibition and the artists behind it.
