Today is World Mental Health Day, a reminder that everyone has a story, and that none of us are alone. Nearly half of college students report struggling with their mental health, stress, anxiety, and depression.

Let’s check in on ourselves, lean on each other, and work to break the stigma. You are not alone. Mental health matters, and you matter.

Greek week 2025❤️
What a special week, with such a special ending! It was such an honor to work with the to bring awareness and prevention to hazing. Huge shoutout to for making last week possible, and everyone else that participated, or donated to such a special organization.

We are also thrilled to announce that we are your 2025 POTH champions!!! We couldn’t have done it without and all of our choreographers!!!

As we reflect on the 24th anniversary of September 11, we pause to honor and remember our sister, Kristy Irvine Ryan. Kristy was a proud member of Alpha Phi here at the University of Dayton, graduating in 1993. She went on to work as an equities trader for Sandler O’Neill & Partners on the 104th floor of the South Tower when it was struck.

Kristy was known for her kindness, generosity, and the way she cared for everyone around her. Her giving spirit lives on through Secret Smiles, the charity she helped start that now provides beds and comfort to children in need here in Dayton.

Her memory is forever a part of Alpha Phi, the UD community, and all who knew her. Today and always, we carry her light with us.
